These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the SandStories Tourism website, booking platform, and participation in our tours and travel services. By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Bookings & Payments

2.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed and you receive an official confirmation email or voucher.

2.2 Pricing

• Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.
• Rates may vary depending on season, demand, or promotional offers.
• Taxes and applicable fees are included unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

2.3 Payment Methods

Payments must be made using approved methods available at checkout, including secure credit/debit card transactions.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

3.1 Customer Cancellations

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the tour: Full refund (unless otherwise specified).
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour: No refund.
• No-shows: No refund.

Certain tours or promotional bookings may have different cancellation terms which will be stated at the time of booking.

3.2 Company Cancellations

We may cancel or reschedule tours due to weather conditions, operational issues, safety concerns, or government restrictions. In such cases, customers may choose rescheduling or a full refund.

4. Changes to Bookings

Modification requests must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Price differences may apply if rescheduled to another date or package.

5. Pickup & Transfers

• Customers must be ready at the confirmed pickup time.
• Failure to be present may result in missed service without refund.
• Accurate pickup details must be provided during booking.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic or external circumstances.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate booking information.
• Follow safety instructions from guides and staff.
• Respect local customs, laws, and cultural norms.
• Dress appropriately where required.

SandStories Tourism reserves the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in unsafe or inappropriate behavior.

7. Health & Safety

Certain tours, such as desert safari experiences, may not be suitable for pregnant women or individuals with medical conditions. Participation is at your own risk, and guests are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate.

8. Limitation of Liability

SandStories Tourism shall not be liable for loss of personal belongings, delays caused by weather or traffic, or events beyond our reasonable control. Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the booking.

9. Third-Party Services

Some services may involve third-party providers. We are not responsible for operational decisions or changes made by third-party attractions or partners.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content including text, images, branding, and logos are the property of SandStories Tourism and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Privacy

Your use of our services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or extreme weather.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which SandStories Tourism operates.
